Description
Description
The Zabrielle wall sconce pairs an iron frame finished in gold or black with two globe-shaped glass shades cut with moon and star silhouettes, so the fixture throws a patterned glow onto the surrounding wall as well as direct light outward. Left- and right-facing versions are available, letting a matched pair flank a headboard, mirror, or doorway with the design reading correctly on each side.
Two G9 sockets accept LED, incandescent, or fluorescent bulbs (sold separately), giving two points of light along the fixture's 12.6-inch height. The glass shades, offered in transparent or creamy white, scatter the light through their cut pattern rather than projecting a single hard-edged beam, producing a softer, more textured wash across the wall than a plain glass shade would.
The sconce is hardwired and mounts to a standard wall junction box; a licensed electrician should make the connection. At 8.66 inches wide and 5.12 inches deep, it sits close to the wall while still allowing room for the globe shades to clear the surface. Dust the iron frame and glass shades with a soft, dry cloth to keep the moon-and-star cutouts free of buildup.
