Description
Description
The Kirielle wall sconce sets a solid brass backplate and arm against a shell-shaped glass shade, styled after the fan motifs common to art deco fixtures. Available with translucent, frosted white, green, pink, or clear glass, it functions as a wall-mounted accent piece as much as a light source. Sized for a headboard, hallway, or living room wall, it mounts flush against a backplate rather than resting on any surface.
An E26 socket accepts LED, incandescent, or fluorescent bulbs, letting the color temperature be tuned to the space. The glass shade scatters the source into a soft fan-shaped wash up the wall, well suited to bedroom or living room ambient lighting rather than close task work. The fixture is hardwired, wired permanently into a junction box rather than plugged into an outlet.
The brass body measures 9.8 inches wide, 8.3 inches high, and 2.8 inches deep, a slim profile that sits close to the wall beside a mirror, doorway, or seating area. Installation follows standard hardwired wall-sconce practice, best handled by a licensed electrician. Clean the brass and glass with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding abrasive polishes that could scratch the glass shade.
