- Solid Iron, Built To Last — The frame is powder coated rather than painted, so the finish bonds to the metal instead of chipping off it. Built from heavy gauge iron.
- Swing Arm Reaches Where You Read — The arm folds out and back flat against the wall, so the light comes to you and then disappears.
- Frees Up Your Nightstand — Mounting on the wall gives the table back to your book, your glass and your phone.
Description
Description
The Karnelle wall sconce is built around a solid iron frame finished in an industrial style, with a long swing-arm pole that extends and pivots away from the wall plate. The arm and iron shade share the same material for a cohesive, factory-inspired look, and the fixture folds flat against the wall when not in use.
A single E14 bulb sits at the end of the pole, compatible with LED, incandescent, or fluorescent bulbs, letting the light be pointed toward a book, headboard, or reading chair. The fixture connects via plug-in cord rather than hardwiring, so it can be installed without opening a junction box. The iron shade directs light forward rather than scattering it broadly.
The pole extends to 29.53 inches with a 5.51 inch fixture width, giving enough reach to angle over a nightstand or armchair. It ships in eight finishes, from black and white to bronze, chrome, and several painted shade colors, suiting industrial, modern, and eclectic interiors alike. Clean the iron surfaces with a dry cloth to preserve the finish.
