Description
Description
The Fabrielle vanity light is a slim LED strip housed in an iron frame with a PC (polycarbonate) diffuser running its length, built to mount directly above or beside a bathroom mirror. It is offered in four lengths, from 15.75 inches to 27.56 inches, so the strip can be matched to the width of the mirror or medicine cabinet it lights.
The strip uses built-in LEDs rated from 8W to 14W depending on length, producing 800 to 1400 lumens, and is available in warm (3000K), neutral (4000K), or bright white (6000K) light. A motion sensor switches the fixture on automatically as someone approaches the mirror, then off again once the area is clear, saving energy overnight.
Finished in black, white, or silver, the iron frame resists moisture in line with its wet-location rating, making it suitable for direct placement near sinks and mirrors. Connection is hardwired, and the unit ships preassembled for straightforward wall mounting above the vanity. Wipe the diffuser with a damp cloth occasionally to remove water spots and keep the strip looking clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I install this outdoors where it gets rain?
Can I install this outdoors where it gets rain?
Yes. The housing is gasketed and the lens is sealed, so it is made for covered and uncovered exterior walls, porches and fences. Mount it on a sound surface and let the seal do the rest.
Will the finish chip or rust?
Will the finish chip or rust?
The iron is powder coated rather than painted, so the finish is bonded to the metal. Wipe it with a dry cloth and it stays as it arrived.
Can I mount it above or beside the mirror?
Can I mount it above or beside the mirror?
Either works. Above gives a clean even wash, while a pair at each side kills the shadow under the chin that overhead light always creates.
