- Glass That Softens The Light — A real glass shade lands the beam warm and even instead of harsh and flat. Built from hand blown glass on a slim metal arm.
- Plug In, No Wiring Needed — It runs from a standard outlet with a switch on the cord, so most people hang it themselves in minutes.
- Frees Up Your Nightstand — Mounting on the wall gives the table back to your book, your glass and your phone.
Description
Description
The Cressida wall sconce extends a slender iron pole from a compact wall plate up to a round glass globe shade, standing 39.37 inches tall and 5.12 inches wide. The minimalist silhouette suits headboard walls, reading nooks and narrow hallway runs where a low-profile fixture is needed. Finished in black or white, the pole and globe combination reads as sculptural rather than utilitarian.
A G9 socket powers the fixture (bulb not included), and the light color is selectable at order time between warm 3000K, neutral 4000K, cool 5000K, or a three-color changeable version that shifts between all three. The frosted glass globe softens the source into an even glow rather than a direct glare, well suited to close-range reading.
Two connection designs are available: a standard plug or a plug with an inline on/off switch, so the fixture can be installed without opening a wall junction box. Construction pairs a glass shade with an iron pole and mounting plate rated for dry indoor locations only. The slim 5.12-inch profile keeps the sconce close to the wall for bedside, headboard or narrow-hallway placement.
